We reserve the right to request proof of company registration (Companies House/KBIS).
Employers may only use candidate leads for specific recruitment purposes related to the listing.
Subscriptions and lead-access fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the billing date.
All site code, design, and logos are the exclusive property of Pharejob.
By posting a CV or job, you grant us a license to host and display that content.
Mass messaging candidates with unrelated offers is grounds for immediate termination.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses during maintenance.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription term.
Users agree to indemnify Pharejob against claims arising from their misuse of the platform.
We are not responsible for the content or safety of external websites linked in jobs.
We reserve the right to ban users for violating terms without prior notice.
Unauthorized automated extraction of data (scraping) is strictly prohibited.
Disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration before seeking court intervention.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the French Republic.
These terms constitute the full agreement between the user and Pharejob.
